By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms & conditions, our Refund policy, our Privacy notice and our Cookie policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or purchase our services.

To purchase, you must be of legal age and have legal capacity, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you’re buying on behalf of an artist, label, agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

REVELA MARKETING & VISIBILITY (“Revela”) designs, sets up and manages digital advertising and promotion campaigns on third-party platforms so your content reaches real audiences. Depending on the plan, we use each platform’s official ad systems, such as Google Ads for YouTube, Meta Ads for Instagram and Facebook, TikTok Ads and discovery campaigns for Spotify, with the targeting you choose: country, state, city, age, language and music genre, among other options.

Revela does not sell accounts, bots, device farms or artificial engagement, and never uses any method that breaks platform policies. What you purchase is a professional ad management service with a measurable delivery outcome.

Revela is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Spotify. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Each plan states a guaranteed delivery range, for example between 9,900 and 10,200 views. If you select a quantity greater than one, the range is multiplied by that quantity. Delivery is measured using the data reported by each platform’s ad systems or counters and documented in the final report.

If the minimum of the range hasn’t been reached by the end of the estimated timeframe, we will keep the campaign running at no extra cost until it is. That is our delivery guarantee. Please keep in mind:

Your campaign usually starts within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed and we validate your URL. OXXO, SPEI and bank transfer payments are considered confirmed once the payment provider or our bank credits them.

Duration depends on the plan and typically runs from 3 to 15 days, at a gradual pace that keeps your account safe. Timeframes are estimates: they may be extended by platform reviews, by the targeting you chose or by causes outside Revela’s control. Any preferred start date you give us is subject to availability.

All ads are subject to each platform’s review and policies, and a platform may reject, limit or pause an ad or ad account based on its own decisions, which Revela doesn’t control. If that happens, we’ll let you know and suggest alternatives such as adjusting the content, changing the URL or moving the campaign to another platform. If there’s no viable alternative, our Refund policy applies.

If during the campaign the content is removed, made private, receives a copyright claim or stops complying with policies, we may pause the campaign until the issue is resolved. The portion already delivered is non-refundable.

Platforms may change their algorithms, policies, formats and metric counting at any time. We will adapt campaigns to those changes in good faith.

Our only results guarantee is the delivery range of the plan you purchase. In particular, Revela does not guarantee:

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). For visitors in Mexico, we show a reference price in Mexican pesos (MXN) based on an exchange rate we update periodically; it’s for guidance only and you are charged in USD, unless checkout expressly shows an MXN amount for local methods such as OXXO or SPEI. Your bank may apply its own fees or exchange rates.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and, in Mexico, OXXO and SPEI, plus manual bank transfer when available. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. The final price is calculated on our server; if we detect an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Coupons are subject to their own validity, usage and country conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes. If any tax applies, it will be shown before you pay. Each customer is responsible for their own tax obligations in their country of residence.

After every purchase, you’ll receive a USD receipt by email with your order details.

If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), request it at contact@revelamarketingmusic.com with your order number and complete tax information, ideally within the same month as your purchase. Issuance depends on the information being correct and on applicable tax regulations.

Before your campaign starts, you can change the URL or targeting, or cancel the order for a full refund. Once it has started, the ad spend is already committed to the platform, so changes depend on technical feasibility and cancellation does not qualify for a refund, except as provided in our Refund policy. Contact support for any change.

Revela may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything not yet executed, if we detect signs of fraud, if the content is illegal or violates platform policies, or if the campaign can’t be run with the requested targeting.

You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, revocable once the campaign ends, to use your content, artist name and likeness solely to create and run the ads and prepare your reports. We’ll only feature your project in our portfolio or on social media with your permission.

The site’s design, copy, logos and other elements belong to Revela or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revela’s total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Revela will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm.

Nor will Revela be liable for platform decisions such as account suspensions, content removals or metric adjustments when they result from the content, the customer’s conduct or the platform’s own decisions, or for failures of third-party services or force majeure events.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Revela and its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, damage, penalty or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your content, the infringement of third-party rights or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties waive any other venue that might otherwise apply.

Before taking any action, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may change these terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date and will apply to orders placed from then on; earlier orders remain governed by the version accepted at purchase.
